What data we hold
PastePort is designed to minimise the data we hold. Here is a complete list of what is stored on our servers and what happens when you submit a deletion request.

Anonymised |
Billing records are anonymised (not deleted) where required for legal and tax compliance. No personal identifiers remain in anonymised records.
Note on encrypted content
Your encryption key never leaves your devices. Even before deletion, the server cannot read any content you have shared. Messages are also automatically purged after 7 days (Free) or 30 days (Pro).
Processing time
We will confirm receipt by email and complete your request within 30 days. For urgent requests, email privacy@pasteport.app directly.

Request received
We'll send a confirmation to your email address and complete your request within 30 days.
